Refund Policy

Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all sales are considered final once a purchase has been completed and access to the digital files has been provided.

Refunds may be approved only in the following situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.

• You did not receive your download due to a verified technical issue that we are unable to resolve.

• The downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or defective, and a working replacement cannot be provided.

Refunds cannot be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:
